As a RANGE TRAINING OFFICER - Title 32, GS-0301-12, you will manage and implement the Air Combat Training System for the CRTC. GENERAL

Experience:
To qualify for the GS-0301-12 level, applicant must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training involving the application of advanced airspace management principles, concepts, and practices as it supports gunnery range operations and provides effective training airspace and ensures effective management of current airspace resources and air combat training systems. Experience in maintaining Air Force-wide policy and ANG wide policy for a wide range of airspace/air operations/airspace management, and air combat training systems programs that is responsive to changes in mission and business practices. Ability to identify and propose solutions to airspace training problems and issues that are broad, important, and severe, and for which previous studies and established techniques are frequently inadequate. Ability to advise CRTC Commander on the accepted principles and rules of judgment in analyzing contentious and complex mission changes. Knowledge and expertise in airspace management within the National Airspace System (NAS) and awareness of issues that affect ANG flight training and operations areas as they relate to combat flight operations. Knowledge of MAJCOM/ANG combat coded aircraft, employment doctrine and their combat applications. Knowledge of airfield management, scheduling, and defense contract management. Knowledge of employment and deployment requirements for fighter, bomber, cargo, and tanker units from all branches of the military. Skilled in writing and briefing, as well as computer skills (Microsoft Office programs such as Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Word).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
