Care Coordinator

Organizes and evaluates patient medical records. Reviews medical records for
accuracy and completeness. Responsible for filing and retrieving medical
records. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of
related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and
procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and
pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under
immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.Technical skills for both Non-clinical Case managers and Administrative Care Coordinators include PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
systems, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
