This position is located at: 128th Air Control Squadron, Camp Douglas, WI
This position is restricted to members of the Air Force only.
Military Grade: You must CURRENTLY hold a pay grade of O3-O4
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY OF 306 is a required document for all applications. Failure to include this document will result in removal from consideration.

N ATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG), Air Control Squadron(ACS). The primary purpose of the position is to supervise radar control functions andmonitor air weapons during offensive and defensive air operations. Serves as an AirBattle Manager/Air Weapons Director at a Control and Reporting Center or a Control
and Reporting Element with the Ground Theater Air Control System. Manages andoperates aerospace control and warning systems to include functions involvingElectronic Countermeasures (ECM), Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCM),surveillance, data link management, identification, and weapons control. Responsible
for decisions in the conduct of air operations and system equipment management.Requires supervision of approximately six subordinate personnel; and supervision offour "filled" Air Traffic Control Specialist positions, GS-2152-11 and GS-2152-09, two ofwhich must be graded at the GS-2152-11 level.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative or technical work, education or training which demonstrates the potential for learning and performing air traffic control work. The applicant must be qualified as an Air Battle Manager.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have thirty six (36) months of specialized experience which has demonstrated the following: Knowledge of procedures to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, knowledge of organizational structures, air control operational functions and contingency operations and ability to formulate and execute long range plans and programs.

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Military skill set is determined by AFSC requirements. Upon selection, individuals must be assigned to a compatible military AFSC in accordance with statutes and National Guard Bureau regulations, guides and must obtain/maintain all requirements of the AFSC.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Incumbent must maintain membership in the Wisconsin National Guard.
For positions requiring the operation of motor vehicles, candidates must have a valid state driver's license for the state in which they live or are principally employed.
For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment.
The wearing of the military uniform and abiding by the customs and courtesies as prescribed by applicable military service regulations are conditions of employment.
Employees will be required to participate in direct deposit/electronic fund transfer (DD/EFT).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
